The Nupsi is a flexible rod to help inexperience users to more easily place and remove the Me Luna menstrual cup. Simply thread it through the ring of your Me Luna to make a longer handle. As a result you will have an extension handle that is a great tool and can be moved into any position.
The Nupsi is made from the same material as the Me Luna menstrual cup, therefor it is quite soft and pliable. With a pair of scissors, you can simply shorten the extension handle to the desired length.
Please choose the appropriate size of the Nupsi to your Me Luna menstrual cup with ring. If you already have a Me Luna cup it is important that you check the marking inside your menstrual cup before you buying to double check the right size:

When removing your Me Luna menstrual cup, always push down gently with the pelvic floor muscles. Do not just pull the handle of the Me Luna cup or the Nupsi. Take hold of the bottom of the cup as soon as you can reach it.
