We are small family operated business and pride ourselves on excellent and fast personal customer service.
We are here to help you, so please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about our products or service. We try our best to answer your emails as soon as possible, which is not only restricted to business hours, as being a mama myself, I often work at night and during the weekend.
We try our hardest to have your order dispatched within 24 hours. If you order before 1pm Monday to Friday, its very likely that your order will be dispatched the very same day! You can be sure, that your order will be packed with love.
If you are one of our local customers, select free local pick up at checkout and arrange a time to collect your order personally.
We have chosen Paypal as they are a faster, safer and more secure payment option, and there is no need to have a Paypal account to use it. To make things even more convenient for you we now also have the option of Afterpay. If you would prefer to pay via direct deposit please email us your order and ask us to send you an invoice.
