Baby Amber Necklace with Turquoise and polished dark Amber Beads
Our baby & toddler amber gemstone necklaces are made from natural Baltic amber beads and genuine gemstone beads. It has been said that Amber & Gemstones may have a positive effect on various health issues in babies and adults.
Traditionally, many people believed that amber necklaces and bracelets may help as a natural remedy for teething pain and to bring a calming effect to babies.
Benefits of Amber for teething babies and their parents may include:
- Pain: It has been said that Amber is a natural analgesic and can reduce teething pain
- Drooling: It is said that a Baltic amber can stimulate the thyroid gland and therefore reduce drooling
- Inflammation: It has been said that Baltic Amber can help to reduce inflammation and redness during teething
- Boosting Immune System: It has been said that Baltic Amber may help to boost your child’s immune system.
Turquoise:
Turquoise is a purification stone. It dispels negative energy and can be worn to protect against outside influences or pollutants in the atmosphere. Turquoise balances and aligns all the chakras, stabilizing mood swings and instilling inner calm
Safety
Safety of our Baby Amber necklaces is our first priority, therefore we only use synthetic plastic screw clasps. These clasps are designed to release if excess pressure is applied to the joint. Each Amber bead is individually knotted with a cotton thread so that in the unlikely event the Amber necklace or bracelet breaks, only one bead may fall off. If the bead is accidentally swallowed, the Amber is a non-toxic, natural substance and therefore is not harmful.
How to wear
Your baby or toddler should ONLY wear the gemstone and amber necklace under adult supervision, and NEVER during nap time or during the night.
Warning: Necklaces and bracelets are not suitable for children under 36 months, due to the small parts.
Please note: There is no scientific evidence that amber calms babies or helps with teething pain. These claims only come from parent’s experience, including ours, but not every parent reports the same results.
