Softness Guide

Classic – Most suitable for women with normally developed muscle tone and normal sensitivity (no pain or pressure from previous tampon use).

Sport – Most suitable for women whose athletic fitness is above average, and/or who have well-toned pelvic floor muscles.

Soft – Most suitable for women who find using tampons uncomfortable, causing pressure or pain, and/or whose pelvic floor muscles are less developed. More about softness here.
